If you decide to venture further than Broadbeach, THE ORACLE is within easy walking distance of the Gold Coast Light Rail (TRAM). The Tram provides easy and affordable access to the Northern Gold Coast. This service stops at Helensvale and links with the Queensland Rail TRAIN service for easy and hassle free travel to the Brisbane Domestic and International Airports. The trams, trains and buses also provide convenient transport to local Theme Parks. There are SO many things to do on the Gold Coast and we have the transport infrastructure to get you there!


I live on site and am available to assist during your stay. My business hours are generally 10am to 8pm however you can send me a message via the Airbnb app at any time and I will respond as soon as I can. I am contactable by phone if there is an emergency during your stay.


This property strictly accommodates up to SIX people. Children aged two and older are included in the SIX people rule. No exceptions. NO UNDISCLOSED GUESTS ARE PERMITTED.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - There is a double sized sofa bed in the living room which is ONLY available for bookings of MORE THAN FOUR GUESTS. If you have booked and paid for MORE than four guests, all the linen for the sofa bed will be supplied at check in. The sofa bed won’t be made up by the host prior to guest arrival. This is to enable the sofa to be used as seating until it is required at bed time. Guests will be required to make up the sofa bed themselves. The sofa bed is LOCKED and will be unlocked for bookings of MORE than four guests.


** CHECK IN is strictly between 2pm and 9pm. Check in appointments are scheduled every half hour from 2pm and our host will meet you in the hotel foyer. Please advise us of your intended arrival time so we can schedule a host to meet you for check in. Please read the house rules AND messages sent by your host which clearly outline CHECK IN details. This will ensure everything goes smoothly.

We provide liquid hand wash and a quality bar of soap for the shower. Shampoo and conditioner are available.

There are hair dryers in each bathroom, spare toilet paper, tissues, etc. There are bath salts and candles in the main en-suite if you wish to enjoy a relaxing bath.

We also provide laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, rubbish bags etc. Please be considerate and only use what you need during your stay.

Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and other basics are provided. Woolworths supermarket is conveniently located right next door for any additional supplies required.

We provide beach towels which you are very welcome to use.
