We area here to ensure your stay is enjoyable, relaxing and memorable. Our business hours are generally 10am to 9pm however you can SEND A MESSAGE via the Airbnb platform at any time and we will respond as soon as we can. Please only contact us by phone if there is an EMERGENCY during your stay.


Notes:

This property accommodates up to FOUR people including children aged two and over. SIX persons can be accommodated, however the third bed is a double sofa bed in the living room. This sofa bed is only available IF you are booking and paying for additional guests.

The king beds can NOT be split into singles. Bedding configuration is two king beds only.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - There is a double sized sofa bed in the living room which is ONLY available for bookings of MORE THAN FOUR GUESTS. If you have booked and paid for MORE than four guests, all the linen for the sofa bed will be supplied at check in. The sofa bed won’t be made up by the host prior to guest arrival. This is to enable the sofa to be used as seating until it is required at bed time. Guests will be required to make up the sofa bed themselves. The sofa bed is LOCKED and will be unlocked for bookings of MORE than four guests.

Infants UNDER the age of two may stay at no additional charge using existing bedding and linen. Alternatively we can supply a travel cot, linen and high chair for your infant. There will be hire fee of $40 and arrangements must be made at time of booking. The hire fee is payable in CASH to host at check in.

** CHECK IN is strictly between 2pm and 9pm. A HOST WILL GREET YOU ON ARRIVAL. There is NO lock box or key collect facility available. Please advise us of your intended arrival time. Our check in appointments are scheduled every half hour from 2pm. Please read the house rules AND all messages sent by your host which clearly outline CHECK IN details. This will ensure everything goes smoothly.

We provide liquid hand wash and a quality bar of soap for the shower. Sunscreen and body lotion is provided. Shampoo and conditioner are available.

There are hair dryers in each bathroom, spare toilet paper, tissues, etc. There are bath salts and candles in the main en-suite if you wish to enjoy a relaxing bath.

We also provide laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, rubbish bags etc. Please be considerate and only use what you need during your stay.

Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and some other basics are provided. Woolworths supermarket is conveniently located right next door for any additional supplies required.

We provide beach towels and a beach bag, which you are very welcome to use.
