The furnishings are practical and comfortable and the linen and bedding are soft and luxurious. The apartment has been perfectly styled with a relaxing holiday in mind ... so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy!


Neighborhood:

Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is an easy 15 minute walk.

The Star Casino is an easy 10 minute walk.

The beach and kids playground is right across the road!

The Oasis Shopping Centre is right next door and has a supermarket, bottle shop, chemist, medical centre, post office, hairdresser, restaurants and cafes, a fantastic gym and other speciality stores.

The light rail station (tram) is an easy 5 min walk away and services the northern Gold Coast from Broadbeach to Helensvale, stopping at all stations in between. The tram links up with Queensland Rail services at Helensvale and the train goes to Brisbane and the International and Domestic Airport.

I am here to ensure your stay is enjoyable, relaxing and memorable. My business hours are generally 10am to 8pm however please feel welcome to send me a message via the Airbnb app at any time and I will respond as soon as I can. I am contactable by phone if there is an emergency during your stay.


Notes:

This property strictly accommodates FOUR people. Children aged two and over are included in the FOUR people rule. No exceptions.

Infants UNDER the age of two may stay at no additional charge using existing bedding and linen. Alternatively I can provide a travel cot, sheets, blanket, towel and high chair for your infant. There will be flat fee of $50 for the hire of these items. Arrangements must be made at time of booking and the fee is payable to host at check in.

** CHECK IN is strictly between 3pm and 9pm. Check in appointments are scheduled every half hour from 3pm and our host will meet you in the hotel foyer. Please advise us of your intended arrival time so we can schedule a host to meet you for check in. Please read the house rules AND messages sent by your host which clearly outlines CHECK IN details. This will ensure everything goes smoothly.

We provide liquid hand wash and a quality bar of soap for the shower. Shampoo and conditioner are sometimes available.

There are hair dryers in each bathroom, spare toilet paper, tissues, etc. There are bath salts and candles in the main en-suite if you wish to enjoy a relaxing bath.

We also provide laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, rubbish bags etc. Please be considerate and only use what you need during your stay.

Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and other basics are provided. Woolworths supermarket is conveniently located right next door for any additional supplies you may require.

Beach towels and a beach bag are provided for your use.
